What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Name, email and phone when you buy a product or contact us
- Billing address when Stripe requires it for your purchase
- Business details you submit via the audit intake form (business name, website URL, Google Business Profile link, competitors, target services)
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages visited)
How we use it
We use your data only to deliver the service you bought, send you the audit PDF or other deliverables, reply to your emails, and send relevant follow-up communications. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
Website data is stored on a UK or EU hosting provider. Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, which is PCI compliant and handles card data directly. We do not see or store your card details.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality and basic analytics. No tracking ads, no third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email support@rankrescue.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Intake form data is deleted 90 days after audit delivery unless you are on the Rank and Monitor retainer. Financial records are kept as required by UK tax law.
