Digital products

Digital products such as the audit PDF and the DIY Playbook are delivered instantly or within the stated delivery window. By purchasing you consent to immediate delivery, and once a product has been delivered or accessed the purchase is non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty content.

Services

Optimisation work is confirmed in writing before it begins. Once work has been carried out there are no refunds except where required by law. If we fail to deliver a purchased service at all, contact support@rankrescue.co.uk and we will put it right or refund the undelivered service.

Monthly retainer

You can cancel the retainer at any time for future months. Already billed months are not refunded. Email support@rankrescue.co.uk and we will action your cancellation the same day.
