Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple and sits on top of the 14-day rescue guarantee. If the audit is not useful, we refund you. Full details below.

The 14-day rescue guarantee

If your ranking hasn’t measurably improved on at least 3 of your target local keywords within 14 days of implementing the audit, we keep working on it at no extra charge until it does. This applies to clients who action the audit within 7 days of delivery.

Audit (£97)

Refundable in full within 7 days of delivery if you read the PDF and it is not useful. Email support@rankrescue.co.uk with your order reference.

Full Optimisation (£297)

Refundable pro-rata if we miss the 7-day delivery window. Once work has been completed there are no refunds except where required by law.

Rank and Monitor retainer (£97 / month)

No refunds on already-billed months. Cancel any time for future months. Reply to any monthly invoice or email support@rankrescue.co.uk and we will cancel same day.

DIY Playbook (£27)

Refundable within 7 days of purchase on request. Email us.
